We are Rift Coffee Ltd. A small Specialty Coffee shop & low intervention wine bar based in Limerick City in the South-West of Ireland. 

We are a multi roaster café, which means we work with more than one roaster at any one time and change our coffees often. 

We choose coffee & the roasters we work with based on a few simple principles. Deliciousness, transparency & a close working relationship.
